Shipping, Returns & Warranty Information
We are authorized manufacturers and distributors for ALL the products
we sell, and ALL products ordered come with a full manufacturer's
warranty.
Like your vehicle, your scuba dive lights products are backed by manufacturer's
warranties. If you buy from an authorized dealer such as On The
Edge Lighting LLC.
SHIPPING
All shipping costs unless specified otherwise are charged to the
customer. Shipping costs are determined by us by calculating the
item(s) billable shipping weight (size dimensions of package or
shipping weight in accordance with carrier's fee schedule).
All shipping is done via an approved shipping carrier such as UPS
or US Postal service for deliveries Monday through Saturday. Orders
placed after 3:00 pm PST on Friday, will be processed on the following
Monday. On The Edge Lighting LLC maintains a large inventory of
items. In an effort to offer the broadest range of Scuba, Snorkeling
and related items to the public we cannot guarantee that all items
will at all times be in stock. If an item is not in stock we will
promptly advise customer for further directions. If it is essential
that an item be received on or before a specific date please indicate
same to our Customer Service department, or send us an email. On
occasion, if a specified product is not presently in stock or available,
we may contact you and advise that a similar product is in stock
so that you may chose whether to accept a substitute, await receipt
of the original item from the manufacturer, or to cancel the order.
We will search out the best methods for your order to get to you
in the safest and most reliable way and will adjust the charges
to you for actual shipping costs. If we have any question we will
contact you once we have your order totaled up with what your shipping
choices will be and what the costs are. You may also request us
to hold shipment until shipping charges have been confirmed.
International orders are available to many countries outside the
continental United States. In certain circumstances we may agree
to forward your item(s) to foreign locations and same may ship by,
UPS World, BAX Global, US Postal International, and a variety of
Sea Freight methods. Customer will be charged any and all additional
taxes, tariffs, duty rates, customs charges or other governmental
fees and handling charges. There may be weight limitations to certain
countries.
Delivery to the shipping carrier constitutes transfer of product
from On The Edge Lighting LLC to the customer. Items can be sent
insured at the customer's request and at additional cost. Customer
must make a claim with the carrier for any items lost or damaged
in transit.
RETURNS
If you are not 100% completely satisfied with your products you
may return them within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange
(less costs of shipping & handling) provided they are unused,
have not been immersed in water, are in new condition, with original
packaging, cards, manuals, etc. There are some exceptions where
this return and refund policy does not apply, including the following:
§ Custom Ordered Items
§ Closeout Items
§ Used Items
§ Books, Videos, or other Training Materials
To return an item, ship it back to us properly packaged with a
copy of the original receipt. Once received it will be inspected,
restocked and a credit will be issued, usually in the same manner
which it was paid for, unless in our sole our descretion we believe
another method is appropriate, less the shipping and handling charges.
Purchaser is responsible for shipping charges for items being exchanged.
Purchaser must contact On The Edge Lighting LLC for a Return Authorization
Number (RA#) prior to returning any item. No refunds or adjustments
will be made without a Return Authorization.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
We pack our items carefully so they can survive the method of shipping
used. However once the package leaves our door it is out of our
care, custody and control. If a package is damaged in transit please
notify us, but the responsibility lies with the shipping carrier
and you will need to seek remedy from them via their claim process.
We will make every effort to get replacement product to you but
financial arrangements will need to be secured with the carrier.
We strongly suggest that large or expensive orders be insured for
the full retail value of the order. Please indicate this in the
comments section on your order.
ORDER ERRORS
We strive to ship our orders properly, however rarely, human errors
and mistakes do happen. If your order is not as ordered or satisfactory
please let us know and we will do what we can to make it right.
If you happen to be one of those rare orders where extra items have
been shipped to you we would appreciate you letting us know so we
can arrange to get it back from you with our thanks and of course
at our cost.
WARRANTY
Authorized Dealer - Full Manufacturers Warranty
On The Edge Lighting LLC / www.OnTheEdgeLighting.com is an AUTHORIZED
Dealer and Service Center for all of the SCUBA Equipment and Dive
Gear we sell. We DO NOT sell "Gray Market" Diving Gear,
or gear that has been obtained from a source other than the manufacturer
or the manufacturer's authorized distributor. We service most of
the equipment and Dive Gear we sell. We adhere to all sales, servicing,
warranty and ethical requirements and policies mandated by the manufacturers
and the diving industry. This means you can buy with confidence
knowing that not only does the On The Edge Lighting LLC / www.OnTheEdgeLighting.com
stand behind the Dive Gear we sell - so do the manufacturers of
all the products we sell.
You will receive FULL MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES from the product
manufacturers when you purchase your Dive Equipment and Supplies
from On The Edge Lighting LLC / www.OnTheEdgeLighting.com (The only
exception to this policy would be the sale of used or consignment
equipment; however, some of these items may still carry original
